If this ever happens, here are some common scenarios and steps to resolving them:
The charging cable is plugged into the Laser Egg, but the battery charging light will not turn on:
- Try a different micro-USB (compatible with most Android devices) to determine if your charging cable is broken.
- If you are using an adapter to connect the cable, check that the adapter is DC-5V 1A.
- Try a different oulet.
The Laser Egg only works if the charging cable is plugged in, and will shut off automatically when detached:
- Please note that the device needs about 2-3 hours to fully charge, when turned off. Once full charged, it can last up to 8 hours.
- However, if the Laser Egg has been charging for a long time and immediately shuts off when unplugged, please let us know.
